I personally think once audi put out the b7/b8 A and S series cars the 3 series has lost so much appeal. Not that they aren't still appealing cars, but they really had no competition before. Audi stepped their game up hard, and bmw is lagging.

that^^^
and, the 2007-2010 bmw 3 coupe with those massive 19s, sport suspension and the m body kit :jerkit:

but now the a5/s5 look better than the glued together headlight-and-kidney grill disaster bmw is trying to get us to like.

stop it! and go back to the simple stuff you were doing in 2005 3 series coupe and 2008 coupe

Real life video of the 4 series with m package.

I'm pretty disappointed with the overall look of the car, the concept was much nicer and I really didn't expect BMW to water it down by this much. Not saying it's a ugly car but it's nothing spectacular.

Bmw SERIE 4 anteprima - YouTube

Thank you for the video.

Better than pictures.

Yes, I agree.

The production car is definitely watered down, and this is suppose to be a 4 series with the M package.

I still can't shake off that obvious hood line at the front.

Hopefully, the M4 will look better.

RE-Jo 07-12-2013 08:58 PM

I don't like the two tone interior... It's nice when there is some Red accent/strip, but when the entire bottom half of the dash is red, it cheapens the look.

belka 07-12-2013 09:02 PM

Looks fantastic, but I think I'll miss the high reving V8 too much.

I think the M Sport package on the new 4 series looks amazing.

meh...I know 4 series is supposed to be a nice car or whatever but I can guarantee you that you'll end up seeing shit load of 4 series in Richmond. Perhaps more than Civic or Corolla.

Love it when people say "BMW's"/"Mercedes" are the "TOYOTA's" of Richmond. Funny thing is that I also hear this a lot in person from random people I meet.

So when I drive my NISSAN 350z in Richmond, I guess people see me as taking the public transit if brand new german cars = toyotas.

TBH, I was one of "those" people until I took one out for a test drive and was simply blown away in every way possible. The power, handling, interior, comfort and all these technologies are light years ahead of my supposedly sporty 350z.

Couple weeks ago, a friend who drives a SCION FRS was telling everyone how he didn't buy a BMW/Mercedes because, like how Timpo implies: "These German cars that cost 3x more than my car are garbage because it is too common"... But we all know the truth why he didn't buy it, he is not the smartest at spending money. Blowing out all his money on weed, alcohol, raves and clubs.

When I get a promotion at work at the end of the year, I can finally start saving up and pre-order the M4 beast.

Honestly don't care much about how it looks as long as it's not hideous. I buy a BMW for the "ultimate driving experience", eye candy is just a bonus lol

Not bad looking coupe but nothing really special about it. I am curious in what the new S5 would look like in a couple years.

I like.

BMW "Concept" M4. Quotation marks because that will probably be what the production version looks like.

Better? I love the power dome hood, the double bubble roof, and the M stripe on the roof is a nice touch.
