A CSX with a premium package if you can find one. They can be had for cheaper than a Mazda 3 GT with Tech package (to get the HIDs)

All 2013 Mustangs come standard with HIDs, so that's an option Starts at $23,999 which is probably one of the cheaper cars to be equipped with standards HIDs, if not the cheapest.

It's also fast like it's crazy, especially at that price point. Nothing really beats the 2013 Mustang in terms of price-to-performance ratio.

^ your fail was unwarranted as the OP did not specify what "new" meant. While I'm obviously aware that new probably means brand new off the lot, it can also be defined as new to him.

Maybe he failed you because you recommended a reflector-based HID solution? Projectors > reflectors.

It's not a matter of it being blinding or not. HIDs are just better with projectors. How many recent cars can you name with reflector HIDs? Compare that to the far higher number of cars with projector HIDs.

Since you have expressed your concern regarding my failing of your post, I have since removed it.

You are right in the fact that OP has not defined what kind of "new" he meant, however he did state

Quote:
I tried googling it but all results are from 2010 and are US spec.
Which leads one to assume he means "new" as in brand new off the lot, not something from back yonder

EDIT: OP is retarded. I just typed in "cars with HID stock" on Google and FAQ Automotive Lighting - OEM Xenon equipped cars

The older the less expensive, no?

OP needs to come back and tell us his definition of "new"

If he does mean new off the lot, the V6 Mustang is, as I'm aware, the cheapest out there. The 2013 CR-Z no longer offers standard HID, or else that would've been the cheapest.

Perhaps a Mini Cooper with HID package?

2013 Mini Cooper no options except for HID's is $24,640.
2013 Mazda 3 GT no options with factory HID's is $25,995. HID's are not options for the lower models.
2013 Mustang no options with factory HID's is $23,995.

Too lazy to do any more searches now.

A few more:
Mazda 5 GT $24,545
Subaru Impreza 2.0i Limited $26,895
Subaru XV Crosstrek Sport $26,495

OP really needs to be more specific with what kind of car he wants...

Stop being dumb. Get whatever car you want, and get PROPER aftermarket HID's retro'd in. By proper i mean no fucking 10k blue, or in reflector housings...

i'm surprised by the amount of people saying that it's okay to put hid kits in halogenprojectors just because they're projectors, must be good enough. the problem with that is the "squirrel finders" that allow some of the halogen beam to hit road signs. put hids in those housings and you'll have unwanted glare. at the least open up your halogenprojectors and seal up/aluminum tape those "squirrel finders".

anyways, some more:
dodge dart limited $25.5k (auto only/hid added as option)
mazda5 gt $24.5k (soccer mom status)
