I think its better to start your own team. I'd be in if you're for serious in playing. Soccer all day, everyday. Posted via RS Mobile |

How many games does a season of indoor at Sportstown get you? 8 Rinks you get 19 total, more if you advance in the playoffs of course. I've been on a team at 8 Rinks for the past 3 years now and the field is really nice. They upgraded the turf and just recently they upgraded the lighting, it's a *lot* better now.

^ah, i've only played part-time at 8rinks so i wasn't aware they had more games than sportstown bc. sportstown bc gets 14 games plus playoffs. and i agree on the field...i liked 8rinks field much better than sportstown.

I was able to get a spot in one of the Whitecaps supporters groups UrbanRec league, lots of talent there and I haven't played a lick of organized soccer outside of pick-up games.
I play nothing but FIFA 13 now, its the only game I have I can just pick up and start to play.

Half the leagues I've heard of around here have only been through word of mouth. Not to say it's secretive, there just don't seem to be many resources to find leagues etc.
I've been a FIFA 13 playin' fool lately too.

i play drop ins on outdoors with ppl way older then me, but sometimes a few that are my age. I know i suck too much to play in a real league, but i want to improve more so that i can eventually play in this league they have. my drop ins only are on sunday though and i don't think playing once a week is going to help me get better fast enough. anyone know anywhere else that i can train soccer at and play drop ins?
