Anyone been to a zumba class?

Anyone been a zumba class before? The girl I am seeing wanted me to try it out and see if I like it or not.

I really out of shape (haven't exercise for years and I work a office job so yea....) I did start jogging this summer and did some yoga class but not sure how is the class like. Also she mentions there isn't much guys in the class (like 1 to 2 guys at most and even then most of time is female only). Not sure if I am brave enough to do it if I am the only male in the class

I wouldn't mind giving it a try since I need some exercise anyways so I will most likely join for fun and see how things are.

It is an aerobics class to latin music. If I were to equate it to anything it's like playing dance central. I don't know about you but I often find the patterns on the game to be too fast for me. Zumba is similar in that way. Most girls can dance already so they are comfortable when the instructor changes the patterns. Once you go to a few classes though, you would know the patters as well and be comfortable, too.
