Mine have less reflector on the lowbeams since they are cut for the fx-r projectors, and they are eurospec. They look a little darker than the regular us spec lights because of that.

Where'd you pick them up from? I was looking for a nice set of headlights like those with proper projectors for HIDs. Everyone always gives me shit for still having the USDM plastic crap with regular bulbs on lol

I got them from a guy with the username 9hooker on bimmerforums. He was making custom sets and selling tons of them using djauto eurospec reps. He does all the work and they come plug and play. It was a bit pricey @ 500 bucks, but in my opinion an absolute must for night driving outside the city. The HID's were all I really missed about my gti. You can get all the parts from theretrofitsource.com and do the work yourself to any of the eurospec lights or reps, but the convenience was well worth the extra maybe 60-70 bucks it cost to get it from him. He cuts the inner textured lenses out of the lowbeam so you get perfect cutoff.

Sweet, I wanted to go that route since I didnt want to be a dick and slap HIDs in the base eurospec headlights and blind everyone lol.

Car is going to be stored away for a while some time next month, I'm still deciding where to piss away most of my money on it before I bring it out again haha

Uhh... you're not allowed collector's plates on cars that are modified in any way, I'd be pretty careful about that one.

+1

Moment someone rats you out or you get into an accident, you're royally screwed.

MindBomber 09-25-2013 11:01 PM

You can't drive a collector plated vehicle to work, either.

You're definitely taking your chances, TRD Rs2000.

Fafine 09-25-2013 11:12 PM

Na he just drove there to hang out. It was probably his day off
