I live in an apartment where car washing is not permitted, and the closest logical place to get my car washed is not a self-wash place either.

Not hating on you for going to a carwash place (I do it too when the weather turns colder), but you could easily wash your car outside your apartment. All you need is Optimum No Rinse, a bucket of water you haul from inside, a couple of microfiber towels, one or two drying towels. Grit guards and rinse bucket optional but highly recommended.

Originally it was matte black, didn't like it so I went with gloss. Honestly I don't have a good reason why, I just did lol and I liked it.

I love lee valley. They sell rebranded sabatier chef knives for so fucking cheap.

dared3vil0 11-20-2013 10:38 PM

I can spend SO much money in Lee Valley it's not even funny... I love all the odd and extremely well made tools, the nifty and useable trinkets... Yeah, it's time for a Lee Valley run.

EDIT: Westopher, are these the re branded snazzy knives? http://www.leevalley.com/en/garden/p...33,40738,45507

Yep, the 8 inch is what I use at work for tough stuff. Cutting through bones, large mirepoix, etc.
Test fit. Going to need to roll fenders as this car isn't getting the stretch tire treatment.

Rolling the fenders on my E36 was a huge pain. Before you get out the roller, make sure you get out the super thick undercoating under the fenders, otherwise no rolling will be done that day. I'd assume some heat would help.

the tires are from the same manufacturer who supplied it for the movies. These are the same tires
They are 20" wide, 15" in diameter
they are about 2x the width of SUV tires (background)
