It won't be totally permanent just because the quick-dry won't bond properly to the cement below, but it should last for a decent amount of time. (I've done patch jobs on my driveway that lasted 3-5 years)

looks like water would have to pass thru anyways so this solves that also
Thanks for all the above recommendations guys! Thinking about getting one of those thin steel diamond plates and bolting it down with some bags of sand underneath to form a tiny bridge. And yes water does need to flow past the dip in the ground (shit gets crazy when it rains hard).

Nope don't live there but I see tons of garage doors with the same situation happening in Vancouver haha.

I was able to get out barely by going out at a FULL 45 deg. angle (and this is still before completely lowering the car as I haven't lowered the front yet), but the problem is usually there is another car parked on the other garage spot so I can never really bring the car out at full angle is well. Those costco matts sound very interesting but I went today and nobody working there has heard of such thing

Also thanks to all the kind words and pm's from everyone about the car haha didn't think it would attract that much attention xD

I think I see your car parked once in a while across the street from where I live. Unless that's a different blue Sti with silver rpf1's. I've got the white 05 with rpf1's

Different STi with rpf1s. I park inside my complex. Yep, I know your ride, seen it at lb's place. Haven't seen your car around town in a bit though.
