It was holding great until I had to replace my tires (got all chewed up during installation)... I had to peel the dip and respray. I love this stuff though!
haha sounds like an easy job to redo them, I've been thinking of painting my wheels black, but I might regret it. Might try to plasti dip them to test the look is there glossy black finish?

It is very easy! Peeling it was actually a bit tricky as I did not realize that some areas had a very thin layer of pd... If you spray it on thick, it comes off super easy though. It only comes in matte black though...

just a heads up I ordered a glossy black kit from dipyourcar.com ... was $50 shipped to point roberts
fyi at lowes they carry black and white plasti dip for 5.50$ per can
homedepot only carries the black for 5.50 per can also
BUT if you go to there website Search Results for$plasti dip$at The Home Depot
they have way more selection but you will need to order and ship to a US address for free or ship to the store
ps. can pay via CC or paypal..
gotta say, find this thread pretty cool since it started last year. before this i didn't really know what people drove outside of the people i knew on rs, or from signatures
^^^ nothing wrong with that, since you're straight up about it. How did the colour match? You could always try a few more coats to build it up, and do a light wetsand down to smooth and even it all out Posted via RS Mobile
