i been drinking a lot for the past hr & for some reason the head lights look like a juke to me

Geoc 07-21-2013 08:50 AM

Rented one of those Hyundai's on a Vegas trip couple months ago. The steering was super-light, engine has pep and insanely good on gas (20 dollars to fill up at ~3.5/gal, I thought the gas gauge as busted lol)

I don't think there is a better city cruiser than the Elantra.

tofu1413 07-21-2013 08:12 PM

^ probably because the wing is so functional and provides so much down force!

westopher 07-21-2013 08:32 PM

Sorry for whoring. I'm so in love with this car. The sound, the raw feel right out of the box, the balance, etc. I'm going to have to be smart with the mods, because making it better will take some thought to it.

I need to take some pics with my real camera soon. I was away all weekend so today was actually my first day off with the car. The front wheel gap REALLY bothers me so I might wait to take good pics until after I order some coils. It wont be long.
Also that STi is so fucking boss^:fullofwin:

dared3vil0 07-21-2013 09:11 PM

EDIT: Form=Function. He put it perfectly.

westopher 07-21-2013 09:18 PM

I don't care what people want from the car other than me, but I do agree with you about keeping it functional. The car isn't going to be canned. This car is going to be function=form. Theres no reason you can't make a car look good and be functional as well, and with the coilover options for this car, theres no way there isn't something that is going to be a step up from stocks.

dared3vil0 07-21-2013 09:21 PM

I wasn't talking coilovers! A high end set of coils would obviously improve the handling of the car, i was more referring to your sort of "plan" regarding the car. As for form=function, that is the PERFECT way to put it. In fact, i'm going to steal that for mah signature if you don't mind...

a set of bilstein sports, H&R springs and change all the bushings = awesome E36.

325isMsport's car is a nice driving car....

westopher 07-21-2013 09:41 PM

I already have bilstein sports and all new bushings. Maybe I'll just buy some springs. :fullofwin:
