Some of the highways I've driven on around the East Coast are insanely horrible. Massive potholes. Much worse than Vancouver.

Has anyone ever driven in NYC? Vancouver really isn't that bad.

Are u guys really saying they do absolutely nothing for our roads?
They just repaved friggin the busiest road in town, kingsway, and are putting in work on HWY 1..

Besides I just came back from Montreal, y'all should see the mess there, take our worst street here and that passes for a good one over there

The thing is, they have a way more severe freeze thaw cycle there. Thats what fucks roads up faster than they can be fixed. The ground literally never freezes here, so for roads to get as bad as they are in some spots here has taken so much time that they should have been fixed long ago.
