I actually quite like the bar grille on the IS300h, it looks surprisingly good. If I can get the F sport with the bar grille......

the is350 is still running the same engine? From their website it appears to be, so looks like I'll be disappointed in the performance yet again.

New body with old engine for first couple MY and introduce new engine later.
2.5L V6 will be most likely replaced by Turbo 4cyl. (as early as MY2015)
