Wow Authentic EK type R RHD in Lonsdale?

Can this be true!? or am i being trolled.

"This car has been imported from Europe have 1 more the same spec and year, also have 1999 Honda Integra Type R and 1995 Sir 2 Black dash model both cars are also on craigs list and just after been imported.

These are the real deal and have 4 more cars on there way.

Please contact me via email (preferable) or phone provided, as working day job.

Dont be fooled by cheap american knock off's or replicas, these cars are origional Type R and are right hand drive!"

I used to want one soooooo bad. But now, for the going prices people want, and the amount of CTR conversions in the states & canada, all the hype has worn off for me and I have mixed feelings about these.

Dont get me wrong, still cool, but theres so many better cars for the amount of money people want. And at the end of the day, its still a civic that cant even keep up with todays mini vans in a straight line. Yes I know that these arent straight line cars and you can upgrade them to be pretty impressive, but, to get it there you are still going to need to sink a bunch more money into it.

I think for $12k most people would be more attracted to what else they can get for that price range.

Also, once this gets stolen from someone(which it will), good luck getting your $12k from icbc. They dont care about how rare or iconic an imported vehicle is. 99-2000 civic were the most stolen cars for like 5 years, no anti-theft equipment. This is the same.

I looked into importing a 97 recently and it works out to be $11-$12k when its all said and done. Originally I thought it would be 8 or 9 which I would be willing to pay.

$12,000 is rip off, the seller is just trying to make easy cash.
Go search yourself.

I doubt that the seller even has the car in their possession right now. Those pics don't look local. Probably trying to test the waters to see how much coin they can make by importing it.

If I had $12k right now, I'd buy a really clean 2001 750iL, not a Civic. No offense.

lol BMWs sure depreciate like mofo.

It's pretty sad that BMW 7 series (the flagship BMW sedan) valued as same as 15+year old Civic.

I would love to see one here too. but we won't see one here because that is a rare and very expensive car in Japan. no one would buy an imported one here when they can buy a LHD version for much less.

I believe it was $20k, had some mods though but not sure if it warranted the price tag.
