if anything, add a full bottle of methyl hydrate to your 20% tank, change oil to cheap oil, start and let it idle and warm up. once the fans kick in, turn it off, change the oil to whatever oil you normally use, along with filter, warm up again, gas up on some techron!
it's good to take precaution with the old oil, sure waste of cheap $15 oil, but could possibly be worth it. as for letting it warm enough til the fans kick in, it makes sure that the cheap oil gets around your engine and gets all the old oil mixed in so you can drain all of the old stuff out.
you won't kill your injectors. speaking for toyotas and long times not starting and gas, i've had a celica where it was sitting for a year, literally jump started it, went for a drive until it was at normal temps, straight to aircare and passed with flying colors. also the mr2 i'm working on right now had 7 year old stale gas (barnfind), put in a bottle of methyl hydrate and it's started up on the first go every time i've tried while stored. was able to drive it to chevron for some 94 too
