Looking for place to get valves adjusted

My Element's about 225,000kms now and has yet to have a valve adjustment done. It's not obnoxiously annoying, but it has gotten progressively noisier, especially during idle. The paranoid me is beginning to worry about worn cam lobes, etc. etc.

Went to a couple local dealerships and I've been quoted anywhere from $250 to $450  I would do it myself, but I don't have the tools nor the space to do such a thing.

Can anyone recommend a good establishment to have my valves adjusted at? Preferably one that charges more, shall we say, reasonably?

I have trusted Garage Five with all my automotive needs since 2004 so they get my vote.

Sent emails to both Gearheads and Garave Five. Waiting for response.
