So, this short clip is actually part of a (free PR stint) Twitter battle between Abrams and Snyder about both their upcoming movies. However, the thing that gets me is that this appears to be actual proof that Abrams is actually using as much in the way of practical effects as he can. And at the top of it appears to be a 1:1 Millenium Falcon.
Oddly enough, that actually excites me quite a bit. As much fun as it is to have CG this and CG that, you can usually tell it's not real and that occasionally actors are having a hard time working in a solid green screen room.
While I do still have slight doubts, I personally believe that's a full scale mock up. The easiest way to tell is by checking out some of the detailing on the side. They obviously used PVC piping and hose clamps for part of the detail, and that's something I don't think a typical CG artist would create; they'd try to go for a slightly more one piece look, I think.
If I'm wrong and that is, in fact, CGI, I'll be insanely impressed and would hope that the entire movie will look that good.
