watched the first 2 episodes...i never really read the daredevil comics but i don't remember and can't imagine him torturing people, so...so far i'm not a fan (because of it)
the fight scenes are choreographed a bit much to the point that it doesn't seem like a fight anymore but two ballet dancers playing...all those shots to the head from a boxer on a suspect and they're both still going at it like none of the shots landed
Just banged out the first episode here at work(slow today). I liked it. Dark and gritty. On par with Gotham. Expectations were low so that may explain my liking it. The Affleck abortion from 2004 leaves the door wide open for this series to be good.
*cringe*
The intro of the first episode already set the tone...it was very amateur. The fight scenes, acting and dialogue were very forced and almost felt like "youtube production". I'm halfway through ep1, let's hope it gets better. Yeah, terrible choice on the actor that plays Murdock.

I thought the actor did a pretty good job playing Murdock, his look and line delivery seemed okay to me. Foggy on the other hand... dude is like Jar Jar Binks to me, so fucking annoying. I actually had really high expectations for this and although it didn't meet those expectations, I did enjoy it quite a bit.

I had almost wiped that from my memory banks. Then I read your comment and it all came back to me
it looked like a spoof when i watched it... this is for real?

from what i read about the direction they taking with Ant Man, its more comedy than Guardians since adam mckay and paul rudd re wrote the script.. anyways iv been a marvel fanboyh so im on the hype train with this
i wonder if the disagreements with edgar wright was about the scale and feel of the movie... being less on action and more on heist planning
