Everyone here knows I'm not a conspiracy type of person... but yeah, that's the first thing I thought after hearing the air space around the area was restricted.

Is it wrong to hope that Chris will find a way to escape? Because right now, that is precisely how I feel.

I don't know what to believe but I read this.

Smith said authorities believe the suspect has access to TV. Smith asked television stations to not show live signals of the cabin area "because it puts our officers at a tactical disadvantage."

radioman 02-12-2013 02:47 PM

They can just ask the media to not broadcast.

Obviously they don't want anyone seeing what they DO not what they're DOING.

Apparently there is a possibility that Chris Dorner might have escaped from the cabin

Oh I've no doubt that's the reason why. It's merely the fact that that the LAPD has a type of history that makes you question their motives, even if they're genuinely pure.

Lomac 02-12-2013 03:58 PM

So how did the cabin catch fire? Did the police do it or was it set from within? I haven't been paying attention the last couple hours.

murd0c 02-12-2013 04:00 PM

If he had the kind of training they said he has there is no fricken way he would barricade himself in the cabin. If he did it's a 100% death sentence. The way hes planned everything it's been very precise and being paranoid like he is I highly doubt hes still in it.

They said it caught on fire shortly after tear gas was used

Shorn 02-12-2013 04:10 PM

maybe he escaped already.. but this isn't a movie so he's probably dead in the cabin from the fire.

but who knows maybe it's not even him. could be the cops just started shooting at this random guy living in the cabin and he shot back.

also a single shot was supposedly heard right after they shot the tear gas in? maybe he commit suicide apparently.
but it sounds to me more like this guy would go out guns blazing rather than killing himself.
