96 Honda Civic Sedan EX - No Start

hello!

got a situation, any input is golden.

after i replaced my clutch master and bled, my car cranked and it tried to start once but did not go. so, here i am. cranking but not start condition.

car is 96 D16y7 EK Sedan EX - No Start - Manual 5 speed

steps i took,

1) check batt charge - 12.6V (i may try to jump it later on)
2) pulled out plugs, dry. checked out pump, priming but still checked the resistance, down to 1ohm. so i have spare one, 6ohms (i think), put it in. still no start. but fuel was in my chamber. so i know that solved the fuel issue.
3) check main relay, clicking, but had a spare known good one put in just to cover that base. still no start.
4) checked crank sensor signal, good AC voltage waveforms.
* havent check primary and secondary coil waveforms yet.
5) thinking it might be an igniter or coil issue, got a used dizzy of which was working when i pulled it off the car (w/ plugs and wires). still no start.
*haven't check igniter and coil on both dizzy when they are off the car because the rotor are just seized in there. won't budge. havent gone to the wiring schematics yet.
6) replaced a known working stater that i had lying around, just to make sure it wasn't pulling too much current. still no start.
7) checked timing belt, aftermarket gates belt in there, belt good.
8) swapped a 98 DX Y7 ECU, still no start.

*havent checked for grounds yet. (which ones are nice to check first?)
*checked fuses, all good.
*topped up engine oil too to make sure lubrication is good

Coincidental, maybe, after i replaced my clutch master and bled, then it wont start. if it was the clutch safety switch, it wouldn't even crank because it won't close the ignition circuit.

any advice?

thanks!

1-have you checked for spark AT the plug?
2-crack open a fuel line, then turn on the ignition and see if any fuel squirts out.
this would give us a direction to go, whether its a fuel or spark problem

Confirmed spark at the plugs. Cranked it with plug/wire on the valve cover. Arcing. Yellowish from my point of view. Bnew plug, ok wire, bnew dizzy.

Pulled out all the plugs. Soaked with fuel.

So id say confirmed fuel and spark. Also checked tbelt. Did not snap.

Would it be possible that it skipped a tooth? But how? From overnight parking?

Dont have my compression kit here at home. Thinking of dropping a few drops of oil in the cylinders to boost a bit of pressure.

Really? cam timing was out?
If a few drops of oil down the cylinders did the trick then to me it sounds like was just flooded.

Cant believe either. Done so many tests. To be honest dont which was the actual culprit. First no fuel. Changed pump. Flooded becuase no spark. Changed dizzy. Coil was dead. Then got spark. Still no start. Then last ditch was timing and oil (to bump compression).

Kinda getting frustrated.

timing may have skipped due to loose tbelt. make sure tension is up to notch.

Exactly. You checked that the belt was there but did you check that cam and crack were aligned?

When you say you re-aligned the cam/crank you had to loosen the tensioner. How was the belt tension before you loosened it? Was it actually off a tooth?

It was off by a tooth. Loosened tensioner. Got it tight. Maybe the guy who did it before me did not tightned it enough or whatever. Ove been driving it since i got it started. Hope it stays that way.
