Select option 3, then option 1. They'll ask you your name, birthday, CC number etc..

If there's a discrepancy, they'll tell you and you have to fax in a copy of two government issued ID's with a cover letter stating you are requesting to update your information. I was lucky that it was only the month of my birthday that was different so I just tried the other months and it worked. At least now I know there is a discrepancy in my Equifax info.

The promo tokens are only good for specific games. For example, the SLOTFREEPLAY gives you $10 worth of tokens, only for the slot machine games. If you go play blackjack, it will show $0 tokens.

Try looking on the "My promotions" screen to see what your tokens are valid for.

^ There's quite a few Promos like that. You have to make a 100$ bet or something to get like 5-20$ free... If you play a super safe bet, it could be worth it, but otherwise I'll stick to my low Hockey bets.

Guys, just be VERY careful with this online gambling thing, especially if you end up depositing real funds. When you're winning, it's great. However, when you're losing, it doesn't feel as bad since it's only a "counter" that decreases. It's very different from seeing your stack of chips/wad of cash diminish.
