It's been posted before but if you're having trouble signing up, there might be some problems with your Equifax or Transunion profile. Might be something innocent like a mistaken birthdate or something more serious like identity theft.

Call both credit agencies and get a credit report to see what the problem is. Credit ratings are serious business.
