alpine dva-2505 help

i have an alpine dva-2505 dvd unit. It wont read burned cds or dvds. Anyone have any ideas to help me with this lol everytime i put something in it says disc error

Try different discs. I've had issues with playing burned discs, sometimes its the program you use, other times it's the disc. If you use super cheap DVDR's they often won't work. Try higher quality DVDR's (Verbatim, maxell). Also try burning at a slower speed.
