Need to rebuild a concrete step OR flatten and cement

Long story short

Hired some random guy to merge 2 driveways together. He said he
Could also build a concrete step ( see pic ) from leftover concrete.

Before, that was just flat with gravel. Well, he built half a step and we
Never saw him again.

I got quotes ranging from $350 to $550... What would be a cost effective fix
To this?

It doesn't have to be a step, I just want it
Cleaned up.

Bag of concrete, some stone, a hose, a shovel, a trowel and a wheelbarrow. Easy stuff.

i am actually doing something similar but the step is alot longer.. i plan to level the area with some sand, landscape fabric and cinder blocks...

but for your application.. you would need to build a frame out of wood.. then pour the concrete over that... although the texture of concrete won't be the same as the other steps..
