Looking to borrow high lift jack and stands As title stated, I'm hoping to borrow a set of jack stands and a jack that's compatible with lifted vehicles. I need to do some work on a lifted Blazer and all of my stuff is designed for vehicles with a lower center of gravity. :p Anyone willing to help a brother out? I can pay with a case of beer or future mechanical help to anyone interested. |
My stuff is up in Kelowna (and would otherwise be in Chilliwack, but probably too far anyways...) or I'd say come pick it up. |
Hey lomac what lifting range do you need? I got some 3ton jacks from princess auto, good for lifting from the axle but they nearly max out when I try to get my wheels off the ground by jacking off the frame (stock WJ) don't need em for the next 3 weeks or so, located in southvan |
To be honest, I'm not entirely sure of the lift range. https://fbcdn-sphotos-b-a.akamaihd.n...03820045_o.jpg It's been raised slightly and is running on larger tires, but I'm not sure of the current height. |
nice bike :p if you're trying to lift by the frame they'll likely be too small depending on your suspension travel, but if you need to lift by the axles they should be fine. I just checked princess auto, mine max out at ~23 inches -- works for my stock jeep on 30" tall tires |
