Abdominal pain Alright so as of the last week and a half I'd say I've been having a issue with my right side middle ab area. It all started after I choose to eat a Big Crunch combo and a poutine (cheat meal) one day for lunch at work and I got pain around the area after. At first I thought it was just because of the food and it would go away after my shift or a day but its been like I said around a week and a half and it still hurts. It basically feels like a have a golf ball (or probably a little smaller) just below my rib cage which gets really tight and increases in size and decreases in size throughout the day I'd say roughly every couple of hours. But when im working out i feel no pain until i start working on my abs i get hardcore cramps and its extremely tight, I thought maybe because my cores weak I get gramps really easy or maybe I'm Not drinking enough water with my creatine intake throughout the day.....? I haven't been to the doctor yet because I thought this was a minor issue and would go away on its own but now I feel like maybe I should, even thought about the hospital but since I'm not really struggling throughout my daily routines and its been like this for more than a week I'm alright in a sense. But basically I'm wondering does anyone know what I might possibly have or know anything I should do to help fix this. I'm going to try setting up a doctors appointment asap. Posted via RS Mobile |
Stop taking supplements and see if it makes a difference. |
But I've taken the same thing before for a lot longer and I've had no issues, would it really make a difference now? Posted via RS Mobile |
Hmmm, at first I thought maybe it's gall stones but it should be super painful and you wouldn't be able to do anything. Plus, your stomach area gets SO bloated it's hard to ignore. Since it's been a week...hard to guess. Honestly, just got to the doctors. Or even a walk in clinic since a drs appointment can take a little bit of time. |
Doc said it's nothing serious and wasn't something I should be worried about Posted via RS Mobile |
