| So, it was half off frappes...And this happened.
So, me and my dad went to Starbucks for the half-priced frappes, and when we come out, we were greeted by a big ass scuff on the side of the Sienna. BAM. As we all may know, the Sienna is by no means a low car. The scuff marks on the side of the rear bumper and rear quarter panel only scuffed off the clear coat which wasn't a huge biggy, but THIS, the paint is literally GONE from the trim on the rear bumper. We have ruled out that this was most likely a hit and run (confuses me and my dad as well because there was a car parked beside us on the scuffed side before and after we got out). I am curious as to what type/kind of car could've even hit that area? Unseen in the pictures, the lower part of the bumper is actually fine, but anything above the rear wheel well was scuffed, and was hit hardest at the trim point.
Also, although I know it is highly unlikely for anyone to have seen what happened, this was at the parking lot @ the weekly RS meets /BestBuy/Canadian Tire/ mall thing. If you saw anything please PM me, thanks.

You can tell by how there's a big scratch, a little paint, then a small scratch that it was definitely the work of a Ford Raptor.
I would request surveillance from local businesses who may have that area on video to get the Raptor's plate.
I suggest you return when frappes are full price. It should be less busy so its less likely that your vehicle be hit again.

^Hmm...Might be a Ford Raptor since I wasn't able to find any trace of another vehicle's paint on my vehicle. Was scouring for CCTVs but had no luck
edit: It's also been the second time the rear bumper has been hit since we got the car in July 2012 |

How long did you stand and examine it for and take pictures? There's got to be a trace of the raptor paint somewhere.

^Was there for a good 10 minutes rubbing my hand all over the panel. No paint residue on my hand at all, checked the floor too; nothing. Was trying to look for some paint so I could pinpoint as to who in the vicinity may have hit it, but all that was there was a huge scuff mark that clearly took off some of the clearcoat and then some. There are also some smaller scratches around the upper half of the bumper area / quarter panel that I suspect was from the incident as well.

A shopping cart could have easily done that damage at the right angle. or someone carrying something out from Canadian tire?

OP I suggest buying a black light and looking for traces of bodily fluids.
This is definitely the work of some sick, twisted pervert.
