| Nokya Bulbs
Looking to put Nokya bulbs on my 2010 Subaru Fog Lights and Backup lights.
Which one would work best?
Nokya Arctic White Bulbs or Nokya LED Fog light Bulbs
Nokya 7440 All Directional or Directional
Thanks the help.

holy crap..is this a RS record? no new posts in this side of the forum for over 4hours!
anyways, Nokya arctics good for front (no HID?), LED for backups.
check with RS sponsor ASR for deals on the LED bulbs.

I have to say I don't like Nokya bulbs. I bought the yellow fog light ones and one burned out in a month, the other in 3 months. Been using a standard Phillips (which was nearly half the price of the Nokya's) for the past year and it hasn't burned out yet.
EDIT. I realize your post if for a different bulb, but this is just my experience with the brand.

im using a pair for my DRLs,
they came out of my 99 GS, which i had in since 2007 to 2010. and now in my 01gs since 2010 as well.
so quality, not that bad. im guessing with h3s, the smaller bulbs dont last as long, but 9005s, probably last longer, more glass = less heat?

Didn't have a good experience with Nokya as well (H3 bulb.) Died in several months and went through multiple sets. Like bottle, I know you're looking for a different type of bulb.
Switched to Luminics and have had no problems for well over 2 years.

Most tinted bulbs are junk, I've gone through too many to count. MTEC, PIAA, Nokya, Eurolite, all the same garbage. They'll either burn out way too quickly, have the bulbs melt and deform, or have very poor light output with "HID color" that tricks your eyes into believing you're seeing brighter light as human eyes see more of the white/blue spectrum.
I would highly recommend looking into Philips or Osram's higher end offerings. 100% legal and definitely more reliable than any of the other stuff.

I have Nokya yellow DRL's, they don't seem as yellow as my friend's yellow Eurolite though. The Nokya yellow seems dim/faded.

^That may depend on the car/voltage being applied.
My DRL Nokya yellows are "dimmer/faded" then my Nokya yellow fogs.
Have had DRL's for about 4 years now, Fogs a bit under a year, and they're both fine.

That little car place in Aberdeen also sells them.
Got my yellows there.
But they are definitely cheaper online, so if you can wait, get them there.

The only tinted bulbs I'd ever purchase and use are yellows for fogs. I'd never use tinted bulbs for my main beams.
