only go to the dr if you temp doesn't come down with ibuprofen.

cold compress on head, warm feet....lots of liquids and rest.

you have the flu and will be fine. don't clog up the system unless it is srs (temp goes over 104 or it lasts more than 24 hours even with a fever reducer).
