Huh.. So they're throwing an Infinit FX50 rear end on the new 3..

Front end isn't that bad IMHO, but I will never get over that rear end if it happens.

i think the front looks pretty good actually and the rear isn't all that bad  don't all manufacturers copy from each other anyways

I think it looks fine, more traditional. Definitely takes styling cues from the new 6 and CX5.

IMHO I like the front. Would've kept the 2nd gen's rear.

Everyone hating on my generation 3  . IMO, the pre-refresh with the more aggressive front vents look much better than the softer ones of the 2012/13, which doesn't have the slots in the bumper for the foglights.

Much better than the current happy face. I don't dislike the happy face as everyone else seems to, but it still looks way too childish. Makes me think of a cartoon. Thomas the Train or something.
Not a fan of this new rear though. Maybe the sedan will look better.

I think the sedan will look better than the HB (I think the sedan has looked better than the HB for all generations so far). Will probably be deciding between the Mazda 3 sedan or the Mazda 6 for my next car.

What's wrong with the rear? I think it looks fine overall and certainly has an above-average look relative to many other cars within the same category.

I actually really like this...
And I've become a huge Mazda fan lately. In terms of how the interiors feel, and the way they drive; but the styling/exterior always leaves me disappointed.
