Towing - drive wheels on road
 

I just watched Buster's towing an Accord backwards with the front wheels on the ground (rear off the ground). The tow truck was driving erratically, so it caught my attention. I took a clear picture that shows the license plate of the car. From what I know this is bad for the drivetrain and probably contrary to the towing contract.

What is the best way to get this picture to the owner. Should I forward it to ICBC and request that they forward it to the owner?

post the pic. blur the license plate. give location where you saw the truck and the direction it was headed.

you can inform ICBC but, unfortunately, i have my doubts about whether they'd take any action at all.

busters towing can take a greasy log of my shit up their ass. fuck busters towing.
