Suggestions for brands for new Distributor (Acura Integra GSR '97)

Hey all,

looks like I need a new distributor, w00t! My buddy suggested I check Rock Auto, and I found a few different brands they carry that fit my car.

Any suggestions on which brand I should get? Also, re-manufactured, vs new, I tried googling and couldn't get any answers. Re-manufactured ones charge me a deposit and I need to send them my old distributor, but they don't necessarity mean it's cheaper - but is it worth it to get one like that?

thanks!!

First off, have you diagnosed why the distributor failed? If it's just a part that needs replacing, why not go that route?

It was throwing a P1362 code, which is a "No Signal in the Top Dead Center Sensor Circuit".

I followed

measured the resistances, and they were off. I can measure them again, but I have to do it tomorrow at work because my multimeter is there.

If the resistance is off, it says to replace the distributor housing, because the sensor is part of the housing.
