summer meet VIP (only for RS riders)

scheduled roll in: 12pm on the dot, after all the other clubs rolls in but before the non-vendors and clubs

reserved spots very close to RS booth and very close to vendors, so pretty much spot light dead center.

Everyone attending, please roll in on time as a group. The group was originally scheduled for 9:45 roll in, but I gather some might want to sleep in a bit. I will be onsite earlier than that to help with setup and stuff. When entering the lot, please let the staff at the gates know that the group is from riders forum and have reserved spots already.

So it's at adesa. Where are we pre-meeting? Where are most ppl rolling in from? Since I'm on a ruck I can't do highway. But can easily meet you guys anywhere in Richmond to join the group

should we have 2 pre-meets? somewhere in vancouver for those north of the fraser and another for those south of the fraser?

Just in case since I have not been to this location before, if it is asphalt ground, bring something to put under your kickstand

I would suggest the Pre-Meet at the same location as last years Pre-Meet

at 9:15 AM

This way leave at 9:25

The Tim Horton's Marine Way and Byrne in Burnaby. (Same as the Mnster's Meets) (Market Crossing)

It is only a 15 - 20 minutes away from No. 8 Road

And if there is a South of Fraser Meet we can join up at Pacific Motorsport/Richmond Duc area at 9:45 roll by then off to the Summer Meet by 10:00AM

(was trying to do this with earlier times do avoid the usual Shit Show of roll in at last moment and RS Time (meet at given time and most show up 45 minute late or wake up at meet time and expect everythings OK)

I live just a couple of minutes from Marine Way & Bryne... so as long as I don't get scheduled to work I will be there 100%. My first RS meet in awhile. :)

Is there any interest in a Tri-City pre-meet that will join up with the Burnaby group (I am in PoCo)

i'm in coquitlam by Coquitlam center, sot that would be a good place if there is one

The general meet area in Coquitlam Centre area is at

Starbucks at Pinetree and Loughheed in Pinetree Village.

It is about a 35 minute ride to Byrne Road so about a 10:30 AM roll out.

Pacific Riding School would probably be the best meetup place in the Surrey/Delta/Langley area.

K so ill be waiting at pacific Motorsport. I'll assume you guys will be heading from market crossing over to westminister hwy and pass P.M. On the way to adesa. So I'll just park there til I see you guys roll by. Sound good?

Byrne and Marine isn't really to far from pacific motorsports.. Ill just head there and grab a coffee a little earlier if anyone is interested? :badpokerface:
