What do you think of this price. Seems cheap to me.

2009 Audi R8 5.2 6sp man qtro Cpe, $104,000

2009 Audi R8 5.2 6sp man qtro Cpe ? NANAIMO ? For Sale

snails 06-19-2013 09:26 AM

Kilometres 24,537 km

there is your answer, 4 years old, quite a few km put on it and i believe they have a newer r8 and that depreciates the older model also

BBMme 06-19-2013 09:28 AM

maybe he really wants to sell it? I think it's an awesome price, if I had the cash I would jump on it.
It is a 4 year old car. Mine was 120k new, now I'm lucky to get $35k lol and it's 7 years old.

Vale46Rossi 06-19-2013 09:54 AM

No, that sounds about right. My friend bought a V10 for 133 thats one year younger.

Lomac 06-19-2013 09:55 AM

500km a month really isn't that much... I put that much on my car in a week.

yeah.. but you would only be driving your r8 in nice weather... thats less than 3 months of the year

i see r8s in all types of weather in vancouver

Nvasion 06-19-2013 10:25 AM

sounds right

Lomac 06-19-2013 10:26 AM

Yeah, one of my neighbours has one that he drives year round. He even puts winter tires on it and cruises around in the snow.

And I think BBMme was talking about the AMG in his sig. Those things are notorious for losing their value in a matter of weeks.

freakshow 06-19-2013 11:47 AM

comparing depreciation of completely different class cars means absolutely nothing.

tofu1413 06-19-2013 12:56 PM

aluminum space frame bodies.. theyll do just fine in winter! probably a true all weather super car.

Z3guy 06-19-2013 07:23 PM

Seems too cheap......no pics either....should be asking $125k on the low side...seems fishy

Pics are on the auto trader site. 2009 Audi R8 5.2 6sp man qtro Cpe ? NANAIMO ? For Sale

They claim they are selling it cheap because they are a Mercedes dealership and just want to get it out of there. It was a trade in and was an Ontario car.

A quick glance downward to his sig and you'd put together he's talking about his amg, unless this is a fairly unexciting trolling attempt. I know it isn't worded especially well, but its not hard to get what he means.

The 5.2 is the newer variant, unless there is a newer trim level?

Sena 06-19-2013 09:07 PM

It is priced a little low. Car proof?

Harvey Specter 06-19-2013 09:31 PM

I'm down here in LA and I've seen a few R8's in the 80's. And I can't wait until the R8 drops even more so little kiddies can import them from the states, bring em up to Vancouver and act like they're balling. Sort of the like the fools buying cheap Bentley Flying Spurs from down here in the states, bringing them up there and bragging they spent $200K+.

ae101 06-19-2013 09:37 PM

am i the only one that was expecting a MATT BLACK r8 instead of a blue one :okay:

ScizzMoney 06-19-2013 09:44 PM

More than you can afford pal.. Ferrari

Are those the V8's or V10's? I have checked Ebaymotors and the V8's are all in the low to mid 90's.

What's wrong with trying to save money. An r8 is an r8 no matter where you get it.

westopher 06-19-2013 10:34 PM

Never thought I'd ever agree with dinamix, but he's right. As far as I'm concerned if you buy an r8, for 80k, or 180k, you are probably having fun driving an R8 either way.

Harvey Specter 06-19-2013 11:07 PM

The V8's are going for that much. The 2 I've seen had high mileage tho.
