I think after awhile, that whole "show up for work, like it's a business" attitude that AV pushed, just got the team kind of complacent. With Tort's injecting more emotion and gritty attitude, I'm hoping that, combined with the skill we already had, might give us the extra push to win against the likes of the Sharks and make it deeper into the playoffs
