You're allowed to dress 13F, 7D, and 2 G IIRC. So 3 players have to be in the press-box. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong.
EDIT:
-"International games allow a maximum of 20 skaters and two goaltenders on each team."

I think with Carter they were looking for a sniper not named Neal. Given he also plays center, he wins out over Neal. Richards is made redundant with Toews.
Edit:
So who takes captaincy? Sid 100%? Maybe Captain Serious? Who are your picks if different? Discuss! | Based in personal preference and with no bearing to Team Canada:
I would rather follow Jonathan Toews to battle than I would Sidney Crosby; even though unanimously SC is the most talented player on the roster. Posted via RS Mobile |

Nobody has ever questioned Toews' leadership ability and maturity. I won't deny that Crosby is a leader, but he has a history of complaining when things don't go his way (although it has gotten better over time). I think NHLers respect Toews more than Crosby.
They don't call Toews Captain Serious for nothing!

^Can't go wrong with Captain Serious. But I wonder if he'll take 16 again. It'd be a good idea to wait it out until you know 100%

I think USA will win gold vs Sweden in the finals. Canada maybe bronze vs Russia, I don't like this team Canada this year.
