Buffalo had 1 job all season long and they couldn't even do it right.
Fucking amateurs hahahaha
Good thing this isn't the 2015 draft, the difference between 1 and 2 would be bigger. I think this doesn't really make much of a difference for the Sabres
The top 3 in the 2014 seem to be all pretty close, most have Ekblad as the top player, but the Sabres are loaded with top D prospects already in Ristolainen, Zadorov, McCabe and Pysyk. Myers still being really young and had a pretty solid year bouncing back from a down sophmore season. Sabres need forwards more and will likely want one of the two Sams. I think Florida leans towards Ekblad, building out from the back end with Gudbranson and Ekblad, they already have a solid base of young potential in Huberdeau, Bjustad, Pirri, Barkov.
Bob McKenzie's post lottery rankings
From the telecast:
7 out of 12 scouts have Ekblad as the best prospect in this draft
3 out of 12 scouts had Reinhart as the best prospect in the draft
2 out of 12 scouts had Bennett as the best prospect in the draft.
1.) Aaron Ekblad
2.) Sam Reinhart
3.) Sam Bennett
4.) Leon Draisaitl
5.) Michael Dal Colle
6.) Nick Ritchie
7.) Nikolaj Ehlers
8.) Jake Virtanen
9.) Kasperi Kapanen
10.) Haydn Fleury
11.) Brendan Perlini
12.) William Nylander
Good thing we have an excellent trading relationship with Florida. #6 pick for their #1 pick.
The way we've traded latley it probably would look more like our #1, #3 and Markstrom for Luongo.

Is there a site that's resourceful for looking at injuries and return expectancy?
I'm wondering if Vokoun is going to be ready to play...
If Fleury's the only goalie available, I'm not going to bother picking Penguins as a final four candidate for my pool.
