Anyone know what time is busiest at the SFU fitness centre?

First time going, dont want to go when its super busy though. Anyone know good times to go and times not to go?

go either early as dhilon09 suggest. Is most packed during the 11-3pm time when people have school and are hitting the gym during their breaks.

The worst time is when the football/soccer guys are also at the gym and then taking up all the shower spaces.

last time i went was like...2 years ago? and from what i remember, anytime after 8am until near closing is busy as hell. obviously the worst id say around 11-5.
