[YVR] FS: 2005 Acura TSX (6 speed manual)

I have decided to sell my 2005 Acura TSX. I live downtown and walk everywhere, so after some deliberation, I've decided that the money in hand is preferable.

Price:
$13,000.

Mileage:
128,xxx kilometres.

The Good:
Other than the standard fare, this car has a very loud, yet balanced, sound system that includes:

-Pioneer DEH-800PRS deck with iPod connectivity (This deck has more settings than I could ever handle.)
-Digital Designs 6.5" component speakers
-Digital Designs 12" subwoofer
-Digital Designs cM1 and c6b amps
-Sound-deadened doors

Other extras include:

-Lowered stance with Tein springs on the front
-19" Axis rims (black) wrapped in Falken FK452 tires (I drove on these for only about three weeks before summer ended. They have been in my parent's basement ever since. In other words, they're brand spanking new with no dents whatsoever.)
-Stock 17" alloys on Hankook tires
-4 winter tires
-HPS Cold Air Intake
-CompuStar Alarm (Start your car from the comfort of your home.)
-Tinted back windows (80%)
-Brand new battery. Fairly new front brakes (only about 8km on them). I had the tranny fluid flushed last October.

The Less Good:
With an 8-year-old car, you are bound to have a few imperfections. There is a small nick on the trunk with an accompanying dent that is hardly noticeable. Otherwise, the paint is still in very good shape and looks very good after a wash.

Also, it was in one minor fender bender in July 2011. A lady bumped me from behind. CarStar simply replaced the bumper and all was good. I don't know of any other accidents.
