Back before I started doing my own oil changes, I used to bring oil and a filter to Mobil 1 in Richmond, and they would do it $15.

most places should charge you between 10-20$ to do it for you if you bring your oil and filter

Midas pretty cheap.
If you tell them jus oil change. No need to check fluids and tire pressure. Then it might be less of a wait

Wow is all I gotta say - its a bit warm so ur too pussy to do ur own oil change, but bitch about $90-100? I assume this is for synthetic, given that the oil will run $50-60 in cost to you, filter $10, ur bitching about $30 in labour?

I wouldn't let anyone do the oil change on my car just out of care for my car - no way some punk 18 yr old is going to take as good a care of my car as I would...

Just man up and do it early tmrw morning when it's not too hot

If it's synthetic, I highly doubt you'd find any place that will do it for less than 100. I'm surprised you found someone willing to do it for 87.

Also, the brand and oil weight is going affect your price as well. ie. if you want Royal Purple or generic cheapo

An oil change takes 10 minutes dude, no matter what, you'll be paying 20-30 dollars in labor plus the cost of oil and a filter.

Or you know, wait until night time?

that seems a bit much

Private shops I have dealt with usually have charged $60-65 for a fully synthetic oil change + filter, and that was for Royal Purple.

What's the name of these private shops that you have dealt with that gave you this price? I get charged $120 for an oil change using Motul oil at a private shop.
