Wasp Nest - attack it with pressure washer?
 

Suggestions? Cuz this thing is huge. EDIT: wasp nest actually..not hornets lol.

Yes - attack it with a pressure washer, this is absolutely the best approach.

Please, film the proceedings and post them on RS.

I had one of those in a tree near my house. It was really hard to get down so I'm not sure a pressure washer would even do the trick.

Regardless, I ended up getting it down by cutting the branch down and then zippo fluid and fire. Lots of it.

It's just unfortunate that I didn't film it.

Just slash it with a knife and wear something to protect your eyes :drunk:

If you want to tackle it yourself, buy some of the foam hornet/wasp spray and wait until night time before attacking it. I do it all the time.

what ever you do make sure to film it for educational purposes =]

can't remember which store it is, but I remember seeing Raid on sale in a flyer for this week.
The pressure washer will only piss them off. Raid will at least stun them

I dunno. I got 10ft on this nest with my pressure washer.

This happened with someone else on RS before where the nest was in his shed, and he killed it with fire. it was amazing and he filmed it for all of us as well..

Can you do the same plz.

Done but I was under attack and you'll notice me waving my
pressure washer wand around to fight them off. I'm sure I got stung once or twice.

I hit it at full blast as u can see it was partially destroyed.

But there was this honeycomb like structure attached to my house. Looked crazy.


Here, the attachment finally gets blown apart.

After the victory they returned looking for
their destroyed base of operations. A few buzz around looking to salvage their outpost.

Brave man to go in with a pressure washer. Poison or fire would have been my preferred method
