The guys at Ocean park are nice enough, but I haven't really had any issues that would require much expertise yet. I really don't think stealerships have much to offer, in the way of expertise, no matter what brand...

things have changed a lot at brown bros PD. i posted about it elsewhere... people have either left and staff has been shuffled around. not sure who is what anymore.

the only other SVT dealer i know of locally is Richport Ford in richmond? what are they like?

lol, pretty sure brown bros has an excellent level of knowledge of anything SVT, considering they are one of the best places to get a vehicle tuned in the lower mainland.

If you plan on having work done by these clowns, good luck!
They couldn't replace the rear springs without cutting the control arms off! I even had a service rep from another dealership, who replaced his in his back yard, call to tell them how to do it and they refused to talk to him, claiming that it was impossible to do! Most likely because the tech had already cut the arms off! After that the car wouldn't track properly, which Dale's Alignment diagnosed, literally, in seconds!
For my timing belt service, they didn't change the tensioner, which I had requested and it failed only a short time later!
I don't consider this a excellent level of service, but you may...

I've never had the pleasure, but I don't think any stealership really has the financial capability to employ too many real technicians these days, times are a changin', and it's a shame!

Avoid Brown Bros at all costs! Went to them when I first moved here for service work on my SVT Focus. Too pricey and their level of knowledge is not very good. Delt with Stuart in BB Performance and I don't have the SVT any longer because of their work!
On another note, just purchased a Focus ST from Ocean Park (take that BB) and will let you know how it goes...

what colour did you get? i have a '14 perf. blue ST

Tuxedo Black...but they are all nice in their own way! I'm looking forward to see the new grey that being offered in 2015, even though I'm not liking the restyled front and rear fascia...
Have you taken in or have you considered the ST Octane Academy? I did it in May, outstanding!
