afaik when they reserved spots prior to August 02, they've been told about the waiver.

as a planner for VPC , while in contact with jason for our #'s of reversed spots and such, i have never heard of any waivers. Can you please explain this? Dont want to show up with nothing lol

There's a meeting set for this Saturday 10am with jACE at Byrne Road. Meeting with Blitzgear is sometime next week Mon/Tues weeknight.

Volunteers should make it to one of these meetings as per jACE.

Hi everyone. after talking to Raid3n, it would be better to invest our energy to the Monday night Aug 19th volunteer staff debriefing. I will order pizza

So no more Saturday. Please make it to the Monday meeting.
Blitzgear and I will be answer all your questions and bring you up to speed on our progress with summer meet.

We will have printed shirts according to your requested sizes so we are working on the honour system that you won't be a "no-show" at our Monday volunteer premeet and RS Summer Meet

p.s. there was no answer from SiNzz so we are counting him/her out.

by the sounds of it, it'll be at blitzgear? which is on bridgeport literally just before shell on the south side of bridgeport.
