Everyone on the ruckus forums says they are awesome, but leave you wanting. A moped or scooter is in a [lower] class of their own, and a very different ride style. But a grom makes you wish it could brake just that little faster, or accelerate out of a sweeper just a little harder. Although this is just speculation, I've not ridden one.

I'd say put the money into a used supermoto
