Just grab an Eastwood if you are on the budget (For 700, their Mig includes the spool gun, cart, helmet etc). Then just practice. The higher the power, the higher the % availability you get, but metal most garage / shop deal with warp if under constant heat anyways.

Don't do muffler delete! Regretted it 30 minutes after I did it and bought the BMW Performance exhaust a day later.

I saw the other post, I think you are trying to do the custom OEM muffler to make it sound like the PE? Would like to hear it in person when you finish it up.

Btw, i'm the guy that bought your VMR VB3's a while back.

O hey, yeah I remember you ! how do you like the wheels on your car?

I'm not going with straight pipes as I'm fully aware of how awful it may sound.
I have the blue print/ diagram for the PE exhaust! But I just don't have the time to cut it open and get stuff done. I had the feeling that it will only produce the 335is exhaust sound.

nah.... can't stand those rattling noise ! it would be internal mod of the oem muffler.
