Thanks guys for the input. Keep them coming. I actually love the cappuccino and previa. But it didn't make the cut because of availability. It's impossible to find a cap or a supercharged previa 5 speed. Been looking a C6 vettes as well but I need a 4 seater. Also why I'm only looking at JDM FD with the optional dog seats. As much as I want a Chaser, I refuse to buy a JDM car sight unseen. No one locally has one for sale that isn't a thrashed ex-drift car. E46 M3 seems to fit best but my sister is planning on picking one up in a year or so. It would be silly to have the same car. I can just hoon her car.

Genuine question, but if you haven't been satisfied by any of your previous cars, what makes you think a new one that is already extremely similar to 90% of your previous cars will fill that void?

I am not trying to be a smart ass. But maybe if you are getting another super similar car, it's time to try something completely different? Maybe it will fill your void.

Also, save up more money and import a Sierra cosworth or sapphire cosworth? Big turbo 2.0L fast fords might be your answer.

Is it really necessary to list 9 AE86s on separate lines?

An FD Rx7 is an extremely fun car. If you keep them well under 400whp, they actually are quite reliable as long as you watch things closely and maintain them. When my large single turbo FD was over 450, things started to go boom. Over 550, they really liked to go boom, but it was fun as hell!
If you do get an FD, I'd really look into the legality of the back seat. It is not bolted in at all, just glued. I personally wouldn't put my kids in the back, but to each their own . The other thing with the back seats is that, as soon as you are more than 2ft tall, you really have to cram in there. My wife is around 5ft1, we had the front passenger seat moved all the way forward, and her knees were against her face being in the back seat, lol

yeah I would suggest different cars if I thought he never owned a 2 tone AE86 lol

I know its not RWD but ITR might be a car you could get excited about. Fairly reliable and parts are not hard to find/relatively cheap.

Perhaps a good FWD is what you need to take you out of the "Must have RWD" mentality. I feel it's the same way most people are about Automatics, people drive so many shitty/boring automatic gearboxes and shun what the manufacturers are coming out with nowadays that are actually a lot of fun.

Genesis coupe gt might also fit your description and there are a few under 20k. Car is a little heavy but its not a bad drive.

I like the evo 6 on your list, any other evo above it in year should meet most of your requirements. My first choice though would be a e46 m3 like some others were saying.

I would go for the supra. I was just about to pick that when I see it also on your interested list

Other option for below 250hp I would try FC maybe. No power but just fun I guess. Just a suggestion...

euro e36 M3 or supercharged NA spec e36 M3. For all the guys saying e46 m3, you wont find a decent one in that price range.

Are those under 20k? Not being a dick, genuinely asking. Although I totally forgot, why the fuck isn't the earlier M coupe listed. I couldn't imagine a better fun car.
Ugh.... The clown shoe is so fucking awesome.

Unfortunately Previa here are the S/C and the 5 speeds are mutually exclusive.

Because this looks like hellafun.

A hardtop one of these will be LOL I can probably find a hard top version somewhere with that 286HP V6.

Because you haven't specified a curb weight or if it has IRS yet.
