So i'm planning to be a private math tutor just to help pay for my tuition.
I'll most likely be working with kids from grades 6-10. Has anyone ever worked as a tutor before? Any tips and any courses that I can take would be greatly appreciated.
Didn't take any courses but reviewed their course outline in advance (taught and still teaching English)
6-10 is pretty young. Look up some work books you can use.
But don't get books just because it's 6-10 lvl. Make sure you grab books appropriate for their lvl.
