anyone wants to sell the white 16gb?

kcl38 10-31-2013 09:07 PM

Mine leaves by the 5th, the sooner the better really. I'm getting rid of my N4 and will be with a dumb phone until I get the new one

Gh0stRider 10-31-2013 09:08 PM

might have a white 32, unless i cancel the order.

pure.life 10-31-2013 09:25 PM

Are they going to refresh stock every couple hours?

StylinRed 10-31-2013 09:37 PM

They should be sold out by now.

willystyle 10-31-2013 11:14 PM

Anyone know when the next batch will arrive?

Gh0stRider 10-31-2013 11:25 PM

people already flipping them

Nexus 5 / 16GB / White / BNIB
Nexus 5 / 32GB / White / BNIB

Mr.HappySilp 10-31-2013 11:34 PM

lol just like iphones.... why can't people wait a month or two and pay regular price instead of paying more.... having the phone now vs later won't kill you.......

CRS 10-31-2013 11:35 PM

:lol

Maybe I should flip mine. Will probably have an extra 32GBs white one if the GF doesn't want it.

trancehead 10-31-2013 11:37 PM

last hour, been clicking and refreshing
none for sale now

willystyle 10-31-2013 11:38 PM

If anyone is willing to sell their 32GB White Nexus 5, Please PM me. :)

knight604 10-31-2013 11:48 PM

LMK on White nexus5 16gb!

SkinnyPupp 11-01-2013 02:30 AM

I bought a US version to save at least $1000 HKD on normal retail price (good luck getting it for that at first) and to be able to get it by December (again good luck getting it before then)

Unfortunately I have to give up on LTE connectivity..

Last time I tried streaming a podcast on my N4, it drained the battery like crazy. Maybe it was the program I am using, but I don't think I would miss LTE anyway.

Then again if people are flipping them.. :considered:

are the LTE bands on the N5 compatible with all the carriers in HKG?

They have 2 versions - a North America version and an Everywhere Else version, since NA uses stupid bands for LTE

CA_FTW 11-01-2013 05:44 AM

I just got this at 2:37AM PST:

Great news! Your order on Google Play has shipped.

Important: Please note that your tracking number may take up to 24 hours to activate. Once your tracking number is active, you can check the status of your shipment here: #***********.

Order number: ****************************
Order date: Oct 31, 2013 2:34:06 PM EDT

areyounoob 11-01-2013 06:35 AM

I ordered 1 minute after you :okay:

Which one did you order?

Also what was the date that it was supposed to leave the warehouse at? Mine says November 8.

kingdrew 11-01-2013 07:37 AM

Well I couldn't decide between 16gb and 32gb so ended up ordering 2 of both in black. There's a good chance that I'll have a 16gb and 32gb up for sale for cost unless some friends don't want it.

32gb ships by Nov 5 and 16gb by Nov 8.

the 32gb has been spoken for

This hasn't launched in Asia yet? The Play store Nexus 5 tech specs page shows the LTE bands of the Asian specific version, so I assumed it was released.

Nexus 5 versions:
North America
LTE: Bands: 1/2/4/5/17/19/25/26/41

Rest of World:
LTE: Bands: 1/3/5/7/8/20

Bell/Rogers/Telus use Band 4, and Bell/Rogers has limited Band 7 coverage (is it only metro Toronto?).

Japan is rather fucked up, since depending on carrier, it could use band 1, 3, 9, 18, 19, 21, or 41. Korea uses 1, 3, 5, 8. Hong Kong 3, 7, 40.

Rogers and Fido are now taking online reservations for the Nexus 5. Sounds like carriers will only be selling the Black 16gb. No pricing or release date yet (rumoured Nov 8, likely more expensive than Play store unless contract signed).

Fido reservation costs $40 (credited back to your account when phone is shipped to retail store or reservation cancelled).
