Agreed, off to a good start. I saw a tweet from someone watching it in an earlier timezone who basically said it was a "Silence of the Lambs" re-hash... yeah, not so much, if you actually watched it instead of going by the trailer. I was liking it already, and then they really ramped it up with...

Gotta say, the main thing that'll keep me coming back is to see, what is Reddington REALLY up to? It's obvious he has some convoluted plot laid out, but every time you think you know what it might be, they throw in another twist.

Meh, they fit way too much into the pilot. I will give it another 1 or 2 chances to win me over.
I spent the first half of the show trying to figure out where I recognized the dude from.. Turns out it was Robert California from The Office
They did cram a lot into the pilot but I think they had to so they get everyones attention. That being said it's a better start then a lot of newer recent shows and if they keep up with the good story lines with the plot twists I thing this show will do well.
Thought the pilot episode did a good job of introducing the characters and the plot. Working with the enemy etc. I agree it seems crammed for a pilot but the twists got me hooked.

Any theories on how Red knows personal details about Elizabeth? Besides being a stalker, possibly his daughter or niece?
Got a chance to finally watch this while killing time on a flight, was interested in this since it was a development project as a pilot of Kiefer Sutherland, who ultimately passed and decided to return to 24 and other film projects. I had my doubts about Spader pulling this off, but so far, its been great.
the character is actually pregnant in real life..im sure she's not dead..Red has something up his sleeve.
Faked her death induced coma so that the people or person looking for Liz would back down thinking she was "dead" until Red finds out who they are and eliminates them.
