Not very many personal injury lawyers practice WCB but Gosal and Company is one that does primarily WCB claims. Haven't had any experience with them though.

WCB is an insurance themselves and you're claim was accepted because there was a specific time/place/task which you can pin point your injury to and you had witnesses. Once WCB accepts the claim it's best for you to work closely with your case manager and follow all directions he/she gives you regarding seeing doctors/specialists/follow ups including talking to your employer.
If you feel your work is harrasing you, best thing to do is keep a record of when, how many times they contacted you, the nature/content of the conversation...etc. Your employer is allowed to ask you details regarding the incident for internal incident investigation purposes to prevent similiar incidents from happenning.
Are you still away from work?
Is your employer protesting your claim?

What do you mean by "out to get you"?
I assume you are off because you are following your doctor's recommendations. You employer can't technically "out to get you" since you're claims has been accepted and you're working with WorkSafe BC and your doctor.
They will have to go through the appeal process if they are not satisfied with the decision of the claim. And you mentioned the stairs was supposed to be fix, is ther any paper/e-mail records that this hazard has been brought up?

And you mentioned the stairs was supposed to be fix, is ther any paper/e-mail records that this hazard has been brought up? | They brought my name up at one of the site safety meetings infront of the entire site (45-50ish) sand explaining how much it costs every time somebody gets hurt for one day ya ya ya then they said if anyone has any " dirt " on Jeremy let us know. This isn't fair Ive worked off and on for the last 6 years and never claimed a day for WCB/anything in my life.
Everyone knew cause everyone was getting hurt (nothing serious)on them then the safety officer fell and that was that. So they had some guy fix them all ( sorta ). He obviously missed mine I fell through got seriously hurt 2 weeks later give or take. So they had somebody else fix those stairs and double check and fix them all that day. Then a few weeks later WCB comes and makes them fix them all again cause when you build stairs temporary or not they have to be built a certain way like example each step i think being like 7inches where these stairs were like double that.
Its not like its a bogus claim and I'm running around. I'm extremely limited right now on what I can do and Ive been off for a few months. Then there is random pain if i stretch it out wrong or walk wrong or whatever.

You have nothing to worry about if it's a legit claim, WCB has accepted it and your employer will have to go through the appeal process if they have anything to say regarding the decision of the claim.
The employer also has the duty to accomodate once you recover and cannot/shall not discriminate you once you return from your injury. If you do feel you're being harrased or discriminated against, then it's more of a human rights issue.
Based on what you told me, it seems like your work is not really taking care of its employees. If you or any of your coworker feel your work is not being safe, following safe working practices or putting you guys in danger, you can always tip off WCB and have them come on site and perform an inspection.
