Need some expertise to deal with my Xperia Z

I need someone with extensive Android experience and prefer to be in Tri-Cities area and help me to root & unlock my Xperia Z phone first, then install MIUI V5.0 rom onto my phone.

you cna pay online. They will remote root your phone for you. Or learn it yourself.
