Georges St-Pierre, a man widely considered to be the greatest welterweight to ever compete in mixed martial arts, is ready to give it one more good run. St-Pierre announced Monday on The MMA Hour that he has decided to end his nearly three-year hiatus and return to the Octagon, provided that his management and the UFC are able to come to terms on a deal.

All depends on how much mass he has put on. He once said if he ever went middleweight he would never go back. That's why the Silva fight was never cemented.

I don't think he can hang with the best of the middleweight division, just not big enough even with the extra mass, you have guys cutting from over 200lbs.

I love GSP but I also think he's being very opportunistic here, where if Rockhold was champ he wouldn't be trying for the title.
